Benefits of Membership

Board Location and Hours: The board office is located at 32 E. Bacon Street, Hillsdale and is open from 9 a.m. to Noon and 1 to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, with board staff to answer your questions and provide services. The Board maintains a conference room for holding board-sponsored events as well as for the use of individual members and member firms.

The Multiple Listing Service of the Hillsdale County Board of REALTORS® is managed by SWMRIC with software provided by Flexmls. Continuing Education classes are offered semi-annually, New Member Orientation is offered quarterly, Code of Ethics Training is offered semi-annually, and Lunch-N-Learn meetings are scheduled monthly with guest speakers on various topics of interest to REALTORS®. Most classes are offered free, or with a nominal charge, and are held in the Board Office Conference Room for your convenience.
